Robert MillerRobert Miller is a 35-year CDT and veteran of the dental industry, with a track record of building market-leading businesses and successful teams. He started his career as an owner of a laboratory in Southern California, after which he worked in sales and sales management in the dental supply industry for Jelenko and Ivoclar-Williams. Later in his career, Bob co-founded Dental Technician's Supply Co., which was eventually acquired by Darby Dental Lab Supply where he became General Manager. Bob has been instrumental in growing Noritake sales in the North American market to its stature today as one of the leading Dental Ceramics in the industry. His leadership and commitment to education has led to the assembly of the Noritake Instructors Group in providing outstanding educational opportunities to technicians across the United States and Canada. In 2005, Bob founded Custom Milling Center (CMC) in an effort to provide the industry with the highest level of CAD/CAM products & services, as well as an exceptional outsourcing partnership for today’s progressive laboratory. Presently, Bob serves as the Director of CAD/CAM Technology for Zahn Dental. As the Director of CAD/CAM resources at CMC, Ryan’s work involves design consulting, instructing CAD/CAM education courses, mill production and Beta Testing for digital technologies. Ryan plays a major factor in keeping CMC at the forefront of the latest in CAD/CAM technologies. Ryan FaufauRyan began his dental career in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he gained a wealth of knowledge in fixed prosthodontics. He was also involved with the DOWS Institute for Research at the University of Iowa where he helped develop leading products currently on the market. In 2001, Ryan joined Microstar Corporation as a Technical Advisor supporting their Authentic Pressed Ceramic equipment. In 2006, Ryan joined Vividx where his tutelage under Brian Lindke taught him some of the most advanced techniques and systems. Ryan also installed the Digital Dental CAM and CAD and trained several technicians to operate Digital Dental, 3Shape, Katana and Delcam. Ryan’s prior experience with various milling and scanning systems, along with his dental technology skills, provides a unique and powerful perspective on the CAD/CAM process in dentistry.
