Versatile Capabilities That Meet Your Needs

CMC’s scanning abilities are flexible enough to meet your laboratory’s needs, regardless of your current scanning capacity. For smaller laboratories, or those new to the CAD/CAM world, you can send cases (models/dies) and CMC will handle the scan, design and execution of the copings according to your desired material.

If your laboratory already uses a scanner, you stay in control of the design process and CMC will handle the milling aspect. Our open architecture structure enables us to receive STL files from almost any system. Using the Dental Wings and the 3Shape scanners, we can take your STL file and send it to the appropriate milling machine, based on your desired coping material.

The beauty of CMC’s open architecture is our ability to split the STL file, with one segment sent to the milling machines for fabrication of the copings and another to our EnvsionTEC® Perfactory to make the full-contour wax-up. This process is done simultaneously, saving your laboratory time-consuming steps and labor costs.
